Though unemployment is a grave challenge for the society, there is an acute shortage of competent man power in the costume and Life style industry. Today fashion is the passion with all people and everybody wants to appear modern in his/her dress habits. Aping the west is not to our ethos and therefore we have designs and fashions that carry our Nation’s distinct identity. There are not very many institutions offering Degree course in Fashion Technology and ours is the only institution under Mahatma Gandhi University offering admissions to both Boys and Girls.
A pass in the Plus Two or Pre-Degree or any other exam approved by the MG University. However, for the admission aptitude matters and is an important component. The admission is offered through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) as in the case of other UG programme admissions.
